The Head of Ghana’s National Hajj Council, Sheikh Ibrahim Cudjoe Quaye has signed Hajj 2020 MOU with officials from Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and discuss arrangement this year hajj.
The MOU was signed in the office of Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in Jedda
Sheikh Ibrahim Cudjoe Quaye also thanked the Saudi government for the great efforts to serve all Muslims from all around the world.

There is no difference in the body and the heading of the communique.
I mean there the body has no clarification and detailed information to satisfy readers.
You were not able to tell us what the MOU is to achieve for the benefit of the Ghanaian pilgrims.
We must diligently execute our duties so well that a time will come for someone to say; Once a time was a good communicator at Ghana Hajj Board.
