
The pilgrims Affairs Office of Ghana will commence the compulsory biometric data capturing in Accra on Monday April 8, 2019 whiles biometric data capturing for Kumasi and Tamale scheduled for next Month. Speaking with the director of Finance at the pilgrims affairs office of Ghana, Alhaji Farouk Hamza, said all is set for the hajj operations 2019 with all resources available as well as good collaboration with all stakeholders like the airport company, Ghana Aviation Authority, Narcotic board , customs, immigration service and other security services .
Alhaji Farouk further commended last year's pilgrims for conducting themselves well and cooperating well with the hajj board officials during the biometric data capturing and he is optimistic of same and better outcome of this year's exercise .
Prospective pilgrims for this year are expected to adhere with time and regulations at all centers for smooth operations.
