GHANA 2019 HAJJ: BIOMETRIC DATA CAPTURING UNDERWAY IN TAMALE


The all awaited Biometric Data capturing organized by the pilgrims Affairs Office of Ghana and other stakeholders is currently ongoing at the Aliu Mahama sports stadium in Tamale for prospective pilgrims coming from the Northern zone comprising Upper East Region, Upper West Region, Northern Region, Savanna Region and North East Region.

Close to 500 prospective pilgrims including Hajj agents are currently going through the various process of the Biometric  process on the first day of the data capturing exercise with the assistance from officials of the pilgrims Affairs Office Of Ghana.


In an exclusive interview with Hajjcommunications.blogspot.com, the deputy communications director of pilgrims Affairs Office of Ghana, Alhaji Haruna Eliasu thanked the prospective pilgrims for turning out in their numbers in time for the exercise and comforting themselves in a manner of good cooperation and peace. " We the Hajj officials here at the venue are having stress free day even looking at the large numbers of people who are here for the exercise, we are grateful to them for cooperating well with us, he said.


Most of the prospective pilgrims expressed utmost satisfaction with the ongoing Biometric Data capturing and urged other prospective pilgrims who will have their turn to cooperate well for another smooth Hajj operations now, during and after the Hajj pilgrimage.

The exercise is expected to end on Thursday June 20, 2019 and the process of Visas will commenced immediately.
